OptionEase Webinar to Detail “Top Five Things You Need To Know About 409A Plans and Equity Plan Compliance"

OptionEase Executives Will Use Real-World Examples to Illustrate Key Concerns and Effective Strategies

When it comes to complex and rapidly evolving financial regulations, clear and instructive real-world examples are often the best method to convey the kind of understanding necessary to support effective organizational change.

With that in mind, OptionEase will offer a webinar entitled, “Top Five Things You Need to Know About 409A Plans and Equity Plan Compliance.”  The session will be led by Kim Kovacs, CEO of OptionEase, and Blaine Laverick, senior vice president of nonqualified sales of the Principal Financial Group.  Kovacs and Laverick will use practical examples to show how recent regulations and compliance issues affected various businesses, how those businesses reacted and what lessons those experiences present for other financial professionals.

The one-hour webinar will also include online polling to gather instant feedback from attendees and integrate that information into the direction of the presentation.  A Q&A session will follow, allowing participants to raise specific questions.  By the end of the session, attendees will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of the challenges posed by 409A and equity plan compliance, and why companies need to address them now.
  • Hear detailed strategies for shaping organizational response to these changes.
  • Learn “best practices” that can be applied to your business immediately.

This event is complimentary for NCEO members and will take place on May 18th from 10:30–11:30a.m. PT.
