| As chief financial officer of Coremetrics, Inc., the leading provider of digital marketing optimization solutions, Mr. Resnick brings over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, human resource and legal functions to OptionEase's Advisory Board. Prior to joining Coremetrics, Mr. Resnick was vice president of finance and chief financial officer of CrossLogix, Inc., an enterprise-class software provider and was an integral member of the team that negotiated the sale of CrossLogix to BEA in February 2003. Prior to CrossLogix, Mr. Resnick was the vice president of finance and administration of Method Networks and corporate controller, director of finance and treasurer of ProBusiness Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRBZ).
Mr. Resnick began his career in Silicon Valley at Coopers & Lybrand LLP where he earned a credential as a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Resnick holds a bachelors degree in Law & Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. |
